Market demand for the working of larger sheets prompted Klaas Zijlstra Metaalbewerking B.V. to take a new angle bender into operation in January 2009.
The specifications of the angel bender:
Operating length: 8,200 mm
Pressure force: 1,000 tons

The foundation frame is ready to be positioned in the floor.
Weight of frame: approx. 14,000 kg.
Removing the soil after the concrete floor has been removed.
Dimensions of the hole: 13,000 x 10,000 x 3,500 mm (length x width x depth).
The foundation frame is put into position.
The concrete is poured around the foundation frame.
Because of its dimensions, the angle bender is delivered and installed in sections.
